Cancellation Policy

I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. You are considered a no-show 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. Deposits are non refundable but they are transferable and can be charged towards any service. If you late cancel or no-show your deposit is forfeit and will be used towards the cancellation/no-show fee.
